Every month we explore a different Main Street related topic at our free and virtual Main Street Roundtable series. These online lunch-hour discussions are an opportunity to hear from experts to both inspire our Main Street work and help as we navigate challenges.

We have big dreams for Rhode Island’s Main Streets and commercial districts and know that you do, too. We’re committed to building the offerings of Main Street RI with your community in mind. That’s why we hope you’ll JOIN OUR MAIN STREET RI NETWORK.
The idea behind our network is simple: we’re connecting everyone working on behalf of Main Streets, downtowns, and neighborhood commercial centers across Rhode Island to make it easier for all of us to strengthen our places, build community and support our small businesses. Regular opportunities to interact with each other will facilitate the sharing of ideas, inspiration and knowledge, and allow for collective development of solutions to common challenges. There’s no cost to participate and all are welcome – all that’s asked for is your interest and active participation.
NETWORK OFFERINGS
MAIN STREET TOGETHER CONFERENCE
On October 25th, 2025, we are hosting our first RI Main Street conference! Come prepared for keynotes from seasoned Main Street leaders, topical breakout sessions, tours of the nearby commercial corridor, and opportunities to meet colleagues working to build vibrant, successful Main Streets across RI. 2026 RHODE ISLAND MAIN STREET LEARNING COHORT
The Main Street Together Conference will conclude with a call for applications for the 2026 Rhode Island Main Street Learning Cohort. This 6-month program will feature extensive training to committed community groups delivered by Main Street America experts. Come to the Conference to learn more!
NETWORK MEETINGS
Our network meetings are a great place to learn more about Main Street RI programming, connect with others doing the work, and explore a local main street. Keep an eye out for our upcoming events – in the past we’ve hosted walking tours, socials, and more!
